Working in partnership with The Harbour Schools Partnership, Andy Buck and the BASIC Leadership team are delighted to offer schools a comprehensive package of support for leadership development designed to:
- To create a sustainable leadership development pathway for aspirant, middle and senior leaders that can be used flexibly to suit all settings and contexts.
- To support the development of a shared approach and language for leadership.
Package includes:
Videos
- Unlimited access to a suite of 20 leadership videos recorded by Andy Buck.
- There is one video for each chapter in the BASIC Leadership book.
- Each video is approximately 20 to 40 minutes long, depending on the topic.
- These videos can be accessed by individuals or as the basis for group training sessions.
Diagnostic tools
- Access to a number of curated open-source diagnostic tools relating to leadership style, emotional intelligence, resilience, and personality traits.
- A bespoke 360 feedback tool that can be used on an unlimited basis that celebrates strengths, identifies potential areas for growth and points leaders to potential videos and chapters that may be useful.
Journal and qualification
- Access to the BASIC Leadership reflective journal that enables leaders at all levels to engage with the content and identify and implement areas for personal growth.
- The ability for these journals, once completed and verified by a line-manager, to be the basis for the award of the BASIC Certificate in Reflective Leadership.

- Access to unlimited copies of the BASIC Leadership book at just £8 (list price of £14.99).
Cost
The total cost for one-year unlimited access to the complete package above is £20 (+VAT) per 100 pupils in the school (or group of schools) you wish to have access to the resources.
